I was overseas and I didnt opt to roam and when I came back half of my airtime was gone, I called them on Saturday and was given two different stories on two different times, then I was told that a call was going to be logged to investigate this and up to this day, I am still waiting for some feedback and it will soon be a week, how long does it take to see what happened to one' airtime?
