I have been trying since the 27th December to purchase prepaid top TV airtime via cellphone banking. I called cellphone banking Saturday, spoke to numerous consultants, wasting my airtime and not to mention the airtime that I have to keep using for the transaction. Consultant promised to get back to me, I'm still waiting. I was told that the technicians are sorting out the problem and they don't know how long it will take. Well the least they could do was call me back as I am still unable to purchase the airtime.
