Poor service

I had initially registered for airtime subscription via the Edgars OTA mobile application with the service/network provide being RMCS of which i now need to be canelled, and numerous calls have been made to RMCS to have this airtime subscription cancelled and they keep on mentioning that somone would call me withing 24 to 48 hours.i have logged the same query about 3 times now but have had no luck,
I even call the edgars customer experience team to assist me of which the managed to get the OTA cancelled and they as well logged a request with RMCS to have this airtime subscription cancelled but the frustration just carries on.
Upon calling RMCS today again about 4 times of which all 4 times the service agent seemed to be unpleasent from the tone of their voice or alternatley didnt like the company they working for as as they sure provide no service at all. Back to the point i was given a number to contact the RMCS head office which rings and sounds like somone answers but just goes silent. Please help me cancell this subsription as i will be going overseas and would not require this airtime anylonge
