I took out a contract with Cell C and had a problem paying it for almost 6 months. december 2012 I requested a settlement amount and I paid it. I pulled my ITC repord with Transunion and the account was reflecting to be closed December 2012.

I then received a call from a call centre agent who asked me to update my banking details and I asked WHY? she said to update details I told her I cannot because I do not owe them. They then sent me a letter from the legal department this year dated 7/03/2013 saying I owe them, as I am in a process of applying for a home loan I paid them 25/04/2013 R855.31 and I got an ITC trace yesterday to my shock that I am 3 months in arrears.

I called the call center and what bad service I got from the call centre, agents dropping calls. I emailed Mr Joseph Ntshangase whom I believe is credit manager and his boss Malcom Govendor and Joseph emailed me and told me he cannot help.

I called the legal department and after being hung up I got assisted by a person who hung up as I asked for their name and I was notified that my ITC update was sent 10/07/2013 3 months after payment and she will email me that was 12pm today still no email.
