I am Thembisa P. Stwayi. I had 2 loans with Bayport. I am became sick after I paid for more then six months. I was off for a while, but I have update them on my status. When I came to work I was in arrears. I made arrangements but in same month I was garnishee on both loans. I have paid the 1st loan early last year. The 2nd loan in October 2013. I called Bayport Legal Dep more then 10 times to get the settlement letters and to update my status on ITC. Yesterday I got one agent on the phone and he told me that I am still owe Bayport after I have paid up all the loans dedicating from payroll/payslip as a garnishee.
May name is bad on ITC.
Please help!
