I had a personal loan with ABSA that I paid monthy via debit order then. On 28th Septembet 2012 I settled the outstanding balance of R8180.00.I was emailed a paid up letter dated 03-10-12 which I forwaded to transunion they adviced me it takes up to 60 days to update my profile! FNB approved my home loan application however ABSA has not cleared my name yet therefore it was declined to to a judgment. Today I called Transunion for clarity they told me a judgement was passes on the 9th of December 2012, why didn't anyone contact me? Apparently the matter is handled by Hammond Pole Attornies their (011) 874-1800 is not reachable it (voicemail) informs you about their December hours in January 2013.Nobody contacted me from ABSA or any attornies about a judgement. When is my credit scoring going to be changed? A person who is willing to settle his debts has to suffer continuosly to clear his credit record...
