After my new contract which I applied for was approved on Tuesday, I was told that I would have my new phone today. But when I phoned sales department, the told me that there system is not working correctly. I should go follow up on [URL Removed] (aren't Vodacom supposed to keep me up to date) Anyways, nothing, waybill not found. Now I hear I won't have my phone today!! This is not the first time I have issues with Vodacom. Service is Extremely bad. Even when speaking to the consultants over the phone, you can barely hear what they say. They mumble, they don't speak. So what now...
