I took a contract phone around 2007 at chatz southgate, when i applied i was told that i do not qualify on the vodacom system but they will try me on another system that is called GAP of which they did and i was approved, after being approved they guy told me that i must choose a phone then sing the contract of which i also did then they sales agent told me to go home i will fetch the phone when i receive a sms and and 2 hours after i recieved a sms to go fetch the phone when i arrived at the store the sales consultant told ne that i have to pay R1000 up front at that time i have already signed the contract and i asked him that why didnt he tell me before i signed the contract he says that there is nothing he can do i have signed the contract i must make means that i get the R1000 then i will get the phone. I want vodacom to clear my name because i didnt get the phone or they give me a phone i will pay as per the agreementnow i cant get a contract phone because of them and their consultants fault who misleaded me into signing the contract before being up front.
