PLEASE READ THIS!!!

Where to begin... Throughout last year (2012) as well as the beginning of this year, before April 25th, I was getting speeds of up to 3.1mb - 3.4mb on a 4mb package. Ever since the 25th April, our speed has sank and the highest I've seen it go, has been about 2.5mb on a very good day. Other than that, it averages on 1.7 or 1.8. I've been logging complaints out of fashion and each person I've explained this to seems to be more incompetent than the previous person. Anyway, today I got a call and I was told that I am too far from the exchange so I can only handle a 2mb package which they told me to downgrade to or close the account. How can a company like this tell a customer something like that?? This would be the second time downgrading (if I were to go ahead with the downgrade) due to the companies sheer incompetence. Last year they told me I could have a 10mb package and only once did my speed go over 4mb. I was even told in the phone call that credit isn't an option even though i'm still getting a large discount for them putting me on the 10mb package. Please note, they told me to move to the 4mb package. It's amazing, I see 1 or 2 compliments out of a page of complaints.
