It is one thing to get bad attitude from a call centre agent when you've called in, but for this to happen when it's them who called is something else.
The person didn't even make an effort properly, even though he spoke my home language. He even had a stupid chuckle about it, which actually put me off altogether. All this happened before he even introduced himself and the reason he was calling.

Once he stated his business, informing me I'm due for an upgrade. I told him I wasn't planning to upgrade. He wasn't going to take that as an answer and actually forced a reason out of me. I actually didn't have a problem with him asking for reason, but he spoke in a very condescending tone, as if whatever reason I had was just.
I told him I decided not to proceed with the upgrade because the price stated on [URL Removed] and the one the sales lady provided differed and thus I decided not to upgrade. Even this lady, the one who called about 3 weeks ago was quite obnoxious. It seems like you have a lot of unhappy people working in that department.
To top it off the chap who called me this morning put the phone down on me while I was still explaining why I won't upgrade.
