Be Very Wary of Virgin Mobile's Billing Practices

For the months of May, June and July I have been getting funny balances on my virgin mobile contract, called the call centre a few times and I always got told that there is a problem with the system. Today I needed my bill for May and got sent from pillar to post, had to scream and shout to get my bill and the consultants have been trying to avoid giving me my bill, saying they have been experiencing problems with their billing system, even though VM could determine how much I owed and debit my account for the said month - despite problems with billing system. They finally send me the invoice for May (and this is July already) and lo and behold - I have been calling myself! Several calls on the itemised billing are to my own number! When I call for explanation I am told that I have been charged for BIS (first time ever by the way - it was sold to me as coming with the contract package) but even with the said BIS, the amounts do not add up. This is not the first time Virgin Mobile has tried to pull pranks, last year my phone developed problems and they tried to get me to take a second hand phone that had seen better days. Am utterly disgusted, this kind of service is atrocious
