I received an "Out of box failure" phone, a Samsung S4 on an upgrade on the 27 May 2013. I reported the problem at 8:48 the next morning of the 28 May 2013. A service request was filed complete with reference number and to this day - after numerous follow-ups - the phone has not been collected. I have been stone walled by each and everybody that I spoke to at the call centre. Nobody gives out a phone number of their team leaders or managers. This is the worst service I've ever come across. I tried to cancel my contract, but the answer I get from them is that I still have a phone of theirs! I tried to get them to name a place where I can return it to them - no RAM couriers will come and collect! This is six weeks later! Pathetic service!
