Collection of my phone

On the 25th November 2013 called Autopage Cellular and spoke to a consultant named Sipho at first my query was regarding my phone that over heats to a point that I have to remove the battery so that it can cool off, only to have the battery recharged again. And I also stated to him that the phone freezers and I can't download. He stated that he will request that the phone be collect and that I should have to place it back in the box and a courier will be in contact with me to arrange for collect. A couple of days went by and I called again to hear if the couriers didn't perhaps call me as I have received a couple of calls but no messages was left. Since then I have been calling for almost two weeks and still I am being told that the matter has been escalated. I requested that I take the phone in myself to Autopage but was told that I did the upgrade telephonically with Yolanda so therefore it needs to be collected by the couriers. Thus far I am finding the service totally appalling that I still have not been contacted and that phone I reported faulty is still in my possession. So how many escalations will it take before the phone gets collect as it does not seem as if anyone at you
