On the 4th of January i received a phone from Rewards co. Upon inspection the phone i decided to cancel it that very same day it was delivered. After calling the call centre numerous times i eventually got through after beening on hold and also cut off many times. I cancelled the upgrade, was given a reference number and promised that the phone would be collected. Rewards co quickly delivered the phone to me within 24hrs but now that they need to collect it they taking their own sweet time. I have called the call centre and all i get is excuses and empty promises. I need this phone to be collected and the upgrade to be cancelled asap. Rewards co service is utterly pathetic.
