Unacceptable Customer Service

On the 9.07.2013 the Vodacom call centre was contacted to get a data bundle activated, a price for the required bundle was given whereupon an offer and acceptance then took place, after twenty minutes of waiting, we were told the price originally specified was wrong. After stating that a verbal contract had taken place, we were told to contact the customer care. A request service no. S3-TVT2E-EA4N0 was logged and a SMS received at 14:56 stating contact within 24 hours. I was contacted on 10.07.2013 at 17:03 (after the indicated time frame) by Simon Maleho. Simon in the Admin Team was presumptuous and discourteous, I was continually interrupted as I tried to explain what had transpired, he was obstinate even though he had not listened to the prior recorded telephone calls, this escalated to the point where I asked to speak to his senior as this conversation was futile, I was told that it was after five o'clock and senior management had left. A SMS was received at 15:28 regarding the escalation. No correspondence has been received.
