No service at all, no correct procedures was follo

Upgrade on 5th of July to BB 9900 open box at shop see the sticker on screen was scratched, asked consultant why she laugh and said just take of the plastic there are nothing wrong, i went home then out of town, when i came back around 02h30 i opened the box take of the plastic from the screen, then i saw that the keypad (main) at screen on the right hand side was lifting up and on left hand side it was down in place, so i just put the plastic back and in its box again. Saturday 6th of July went to Cellc Highveld mall Witbank a Vusi Ngwenyama that called himself the manager asked me whats wrong, i show the handset to him and according to him the phone is made like that and there are nothing wrong with the phone, why would bb make a phone like this? I've worked for Autopage 7 years and i know how this phone looks when opened from a box brand new and this is not normal and want a new handset, he said if i gave you another one it will just be the same, they are all the same like that. I also asked Blackberry rep Eric vd Westhuizen he confirmed its not normal and must do an OBF claim, i assist on that but that guy stay with his story. I went to Vodacom and Autopage for second opinion
