I bought contract phone Samsung s3 from Mtn december last year. on Monday I applied for a secondary contract with Tebogo Morake who yesterday sent me an email saying my phone is not appoved Im owing MTN R624... and advised me to call legal department which I did this morning I was helped by a very rude consultant by the name of nobuhle who didn't want to listen to me, the question I raised was I dnt understand why the contract I applied for last year December was approved with telling me about the R624... but now because I need a secondary phone im told about and the other thing the mail I received from Tebogo the sale consultant was that im owing R624 and she is telling me a different amount of R962 she treated me like im studip I dnt know what im talking about she is so unprofessional dnt know how to explain to client and im still asking the same questions to MTN, I applied for a phone last year December I was never told about R624 today I need a seconday phone im told about it and yet the amount are not the same
