NO RESPONSE TO QUERY

On 18 April 2013 I posted a complaint on HelloPeter.com regarding an an old account from 2005. I received a response from Cell C from Sisa Flatela stating that i had made the following payments into this old account in 2012 and therefore its is not prescribed.

I never made these payments that they claim and have asked for proof of these payments on numerous occasions to no avail. I have liaised with DMC, Select Online and now Tracker (whom are apparently dealing with this matter). These amounts are irregular and have all been made on the same day which makes no sense to me. Clearly somebody captured these payments in bad faith. I am going to get to the bottom of this. Accordingly to DMC, Select Online and Tracker, these payments were not captured by them. So somebody in Cell C is responsible for this.
