Breaking of a contract

I got my Samsung Galaxy Note from FNB in December 2012. Collected myself from Nicolway Shopping Centre in Brayenston. I realised about 2 months ago the amount owing on the 24 month contract was not right. So after contacting them I herd the only process the contract in April 2013. When I said it was wrong that it must be corrected, the told me then they would take the amount of my account as from December then, witch is also wrong. With collection you get a form with the terms and conditions that states that the contract begins ones device is collected and on the agreed amount for that 24 month of the contract. Now they telling me there legal team says I have no leg to stand on and I was told by Graig on the 11 July 2013 that there legal department will send me a letter. Well I'm still waiting, so that Graig promised me yesterday that they will contact me, still nothing. I think they don't have a leg legally to stand on, so they avoiding me. Well lets see them avoid my lawyer!!! I do not want a respons from FNB, this is just to telll everyone how they like to break contracts between them and there clients as they wish.
