Still cannot get my phone unblocked

This is my 2nd complaint on HelloPeter to try and get a cell phone unblocked that was and recovered.
I have faxed the details about 5 times to the call centre when the query was logged and then from the response on HelloPeter I emailed the details to Khanyisani Vilakazi, Farhaana, Mantwa Mofolo and now Nazir Khan.
Is there someone at MTN who can actually help me with unblocking a phone and not just requesting the same information from me everyday?
