No correct formatted Statements for May&June 2013

Hi,

After several requests for a statement for May 2013 & June 2013, I have been given incorrectly formatted statements for May & June 2013 which shows usages at zero.

Then Londiwe sends a junk excel worksheet full of usage nonsense and says that my airtime for May 2013 of R200 was given to me cause my usage for may amounted to R294. Seriously!!! I used my already accumulated airtime for that and I know I actually received no airtime for MAY 2013 cause I monitored my balance all the time waiting for the month of May 2013 airtime. NEVER received it and now Virgin Mobile cant send me the usual format statements as all other previous months they have cause they have actually the airtime and cant back it up as in the statements.

So for the last time please refund me my airtime back and let me know if my last payment has been made or not by tomorrow.
