This is the 5th month in a row having endless problems with Cell C... My husband is in ICU with a breathing pipe down his throat and UNABLE to speak and EVERY MONTH I have to explain this not once, not twice, at least 5 times, not to mention how difficult it is for me to have to explain it over and over again. I am the financial manager at PHYSICAL PERFECTION which is the company that he owns and I am able to confirm all his details with you. I visited Cell C Cresta and they assisted me to fax proof of payment to you guys on Saturday, and you unblocked the pone, just to block it again today. I am still waiting do the phone call I was promised a couple of days ago when I posted yet another complaint on HelloPeter. There is apparently an amount of R400 outstanding that miraculously appeared and no one is able to tell me where it came from and now you are threatening to list my husband as a bad payer. If someone can please provide me with the details of to where this R400 came from, I will gladly pay it, but on EVERY job card Cell C Cresta looked, there is NO CHARGE written on ALL of them. I am once again unable to phone out and keep in touch with doctors on a daily basis. Thanks!
