I have been trying to get my handset unblocked for the past 2 weeks with absolutely NO success! it is quite frustrating that the service provider is so ready to take your money but when it comes to them delivering on service, they absolutely lack. I was in arrears which i have now paid up in full, i have requested that my handsets are unblocked. I have sent emails, and called the call centre on numerous occasions but nobody has been able to assist. i have been informed that my query / call is being escalated but it seems that is just a as nothing gets done about it. something should be done about the incompetent call centre agents that we have to endure. i want my handset to be unblocked! is that so hard? come on cell c, catch a wake up
