It has been two years and 6 months that I have been trying to improve the coverage at my home and working area's. To date, MTN has been here almost a year ago, they made promises that they would install an antennae and to date nothing has been done.
I have also downgraded a package due to the very poor signal, mtn was supposed to reimburse me on this amount due to poor coverage, a reference number was given. To date I have been calling and emailing at least twice a month and I have not received this refund as yet.
I have another 2 MTN contracts, on which I am experiencing exactly the same signal issues and I have great difficulty in using these phone numbers. All I would like to do is be able to use the "service" for which I am paying.
I find it very difficult to believe that a large company like MTN responds to customer's requests so poorly.
I would like these issues resolved.
