STILL NO FEEDBACK

STILL GETTING CHARGED FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK

I have complained about this unit not working since day one.
Three technicians were sent out last year to "sort out" the issue.
NOisy line and very slow internet.

Neotel then gave me another unit with exactly the same results.
Complained almost every month and with no result or comeback from anyone.
Funny this is NEotel still take R419 from me for more than a year even though the know this unit never worked right in my are or what ever the case is
