On 6/6/2013 we handed in our Apple Ipad to Vodacom. It keeps restarting. Tthey sent it away to Canal Walk and then returned it to Bayside as they could not repair it. Apple had to repair it. I was advised to take it to Canal Walk. I told them I would want them to sort it out as I purchased it from them. They sent it to Apple and it was promised on 3 occasions. Every time it was promised I would go there only to be told it was still not there.
The last time we went to collect it after the manager Leroy promised it would be ready, we waited for an hour only to find out that the battery had been replaced but that the unit was still doing the same thing. Every day the store has the phone off the hook. I have been trying to get through all afternoon. Still no feedback. Leroy and Michael do not phone a person back. It is now well over a month. I pay for something that I cannot use. It has not been used for at least 3 months due to the same problem.
