During the Month of March I made contact with the Apple I store in Canal Walk for a quote on a laptop which I needed urgently! I got a email back that I should select the product on their website, send it through and from there they will do the quote. They did not have the product online so my college went directly to the store. This was a week and a half ago. They promised we will have the quote by the Friday 5th of April, but we had no luck. We phoned them and they said someone from the store will phone me regarding this. As of Today I have had NO LUCK! I still urgently need the quote but when I phone it seems no can help me. We are situated in Stellenbosch, is it worth wasting petrol to go to the store again?? BAD SERVICE and POOR COMMUNICATION!
