WEB AFRICA has atrocious accounting services and equally shocking attitude!
My account was due at the end of June2013. 10 July without any prior notice, (I had no email reminders - they host my domain account, they can send it without cost), I suddenly received an SMS that said "Dear customer your account is overdue, Kindly settle this within 2 days to avoid disruption."
After calling them, I was greeted by a curt, you owe. After complaining about the account service, I threaten to close the account which fell on deaf ears. I was then promptly transferred to the 'appropriate' department where in 10 words they closed my account.
NO GUYS... this is NOT how you do business!!!
