Nashua Mobile has been out of mtn LTE simcards for months. at the time of purchasing my new phone and given a sim card i was not even advised that the sim card was not LTE compatible. They are representing and selling sim cards to consumers, who will have to pay for new sim cards in the future to be able to use LTE. Although i live in sandton, my reception is terrible, perhaps an LTE would fix this??
The nashua call centre and sandton city branch can offer no advice as to when LTE sim cards will be obtained and several months have now passed. Please give me an urgent answer!
