Mulitple Dropped Calls

Hi
When I drive to and from work, Morningside to Rynfield, Benoni, I usually try to chat to my wife on my phone.
However this is close to impossible.
I am getting up to 14 dropped calls while trying to talk to her on my trip. Especially on the trip home.
And when I do connect to her the call quality is so bad that you can only hear every 5th or 6th call.

This is not the service I swapped from Vodacom to Cell to receive.

This is very frustrating and very disappointing especially after the high expectation set by all the Cell C adverts about how good their network is.

Can anything be done? Will anybody really care about my problem?
