Waiting for my 700 ZAR deposit for 2 months

I have ordered a phone line for internet in the middle of April, 2013. I have transferred 700 ZAR deposit in the end of April. Then I had to wait about 2 weeks till somebody called me and said he is outside the gate. Yes, he was outside the gate, just unfortunately not my gate. He was like the other side of SA. They put the wrong address in the system. Then they finally located my address (after like 5 phone calls from my side) on May 15. Then I had to wait again about a week till they have found out there was not even a phone line in our Street.
Then I wanted my 700 ZAR deposit back. As I work during business hours and not able to pick up the money from Telkom office (BTW there is not even a Telkom office in Lephalale if I'm not mistaken) they have promised me to transferred the money within 24 hours into my bank account. I have given all the details.
Since the money hasn't arrived after about 2 weeks or so, I called them again. It turned out the order needs to be cancelled and since I haven't cancelled they cannot send my deposit back. Then I cancelled the order and I was promised again to get the money within 24 business hrs. After 2 weeks the same situation and today as well.
