MY ACCOUNT WAS IN ARREARS & CELLPHONE SUSPENDED.
CALLED 8TA -WAS TOLD TO DEPOSIT THE MONEY&ACCOUNTS WONT RUN DEBIT ORDER.
8/3/13 DEPOSITED MONEY INTO ACC# SMS'D TO US (ON 4/3/13) WITH REF.NO.
11/03/13 CALLED- 8TA CONFIRMED PAYMENT - SAID PHONE WILL BE ONLINE IN 22WORKING HRS
13/03/13 PHONE NOT ONLINE - CALLED 8TA AGAIN - PAYMENT CONFIRMED - SAME 22HR STORY
15/03/13 PHONE NOT ONLINE - CALLED 8TA - CC AGENT SAID PREVIOUS CALLS WERENT LOGGED. LOGGED A CALL TO REINSTATE PHONE. WAIT 22HRS AGAIN.
18/03/13 PHONE NOT ONLINE BUT ACTUALLY CANCELLED.
20/03/13 AFTER A FEW DAYS&CALLS - FINALLY BACK ONLINE
26/03/2013 PHONE CANCELLED - AGAIN? CALLED & SPOKE TO SUPERVISOR. HE WILL INVESTIGATE & TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE 24-48 WORKING HRS NOW?

UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER:15/03/13 - UNSUCCESSFUL [PUTTING MY BANK ACC INTO ARREARS]
ADDITIONAL D/O: 25/03/13 [HAD TO GO INTO BANK TO REVERSE THIS 26/03/13]

WHY IS 8TA TAKING MONEY ALREADY PAID?
WHY IS THE DEBIT ORDER BEING RUN ON OTHER DAY NOT AGREED ON IN D/O FORM.
WHY IS MY NUMBER CANCELLED - AGAIN?

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING FIX THIS!?
