NO RESPONSE

I am a Cheque account customer of FNB. In the middle of February 2013 I tried to apply online for a loan, but because of the amount I could not do it online. I sent a query via the website to [Email Removed] I had no response by the 26th of February so I sent an email again requesting that someone get back to me and this time I received a response saying that my request had been sent through to FNB Personal Loans to assist me in this regard.

Still no contact from FNB. On 12 March I sent another request, this time pleading that somebody get back to me whether I qualifies or not, but not to ignore me and again received a reply on 13 March stating that my request had been sent through to FNB Personal Loans to assist me in this regard.

I am not sure what the procedure is but surely by now someone should have contacted me about the loan. As an existing customer I find this absolutely shocking service.
