I submitted a request for quoting on my broken tumble dryer to AC Appliances on the 28th of February 2013, after a day they responded on the 1st of March, saying that the technician would contact me for arrangements.
After chasing up for feedback and still no response, it is now the 12th of March and I can't get a quote quick enough from a different vendor, to do an insurance claim and I now have to pay to fix it myself. Thanks AC Appliances, I will recommend you to all my friends who want to throw money away.
