To fix a BUSINESS ADSL LINE is taking me 3 weeks to TRY and get a technician out on site or a manager on a phone... in 3 weeks i have 3 ref.numbers because your incompetent technicians keep closing the calls even before going out on site or without consulting if the issue is fixed.
LIKE this Telkom will lose mine and my clients support . where i can advise... go mtn vodacom or even neotel
