Complained Request #716578 logged on Groupon's ticket system.
I've purchased a voucher on Groupon for accommodation for a 2 night stay at Fern Gully in Knysna.
The venue was horrible and I my wife and I walked around for 10 mins, left and booked in elsewhere.
The pictures were truly deceiving. When we arrived there was no electricity in the cabin, the bed was awful. I don't know how someone would pay money to sleep on such a bed and there was loud rock music coming from somewhere...
We paid for alternate accommodation and I reported this to Groupon and received a standard response on March 13, 2013 at 09:37.

I asked for feedback on March 22, 2013 11:41,
then again on March 25, 2013 13:04,
and again on April 02, 2013 10:43
ZERO RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM GROUPON.
I expect a FULL refund from Groupon as I did not stay at the venue for the aforementioned reasons and will NEVER be using Groupon's service again due to their dreadful service.
