STUCK WITH PHONE I DONT WANT

I have been a vodacom customer for over a decade!!! its so sad that the employees at vodacom are not willing to assist clients. I recieved a new phone yesterday evening, but when i got home realised that this phone is not user friendly at all. I could not set up my emails etc, i call the vodashop - The glen, where i got this phone to ask them if i can change it for a better phone. They tell me that no i cant because its a process that they need to follow in order to return the phone. So i am stuck with this horrible phone that i cannot use properly.

Its unfortunate that they have done this because they have lost a customer... i am going to take my entire family off this network. there is absolutely no customer service at all in this shop... totally disgusted!!!
