I had requested a premature cancellation for 1 of my contracts on the 21 May 2013, according to documentation sent to me it is valid for 7 days regardless I paid the due on the same day.
I emailed it to [Email Removed] with proof of payment & copy of my ID to cancel 1 of my Vodacom contracts. I had not made use of the sim card and thrown it away.
Which I had found out yesterday 08 July 2013 that it was not cancelled & I been billed thus far for 2 months.
I refuse to pay for services that I am not liable for, due to Vodacom due to not following their own processes.
I would like my account to be adjusted accordingly as I have documention proving the above.
