I have taken my blackberry in for repair on the 22/06/2013, because my phone restarts itself the whole time at least 4 times a day. i have been contacting MTN non stop and driving there regularly to get answers, i only got an answer on friday, 05/07/2013. they say my phone is "Beyond Economical repair" due to me sitting on my phone by accident. if that is the case, why is my battery not damaged or my back cover not broken? i am still waiting on the manager to phone me back and all that. i am disgusted with MTN's service and i think it is totally ridiculous that they say my phone resets itself cuz i sat on it and now it is beyond economical repair! where do you guys fall out of the bus?
this is totally ridiculous, my phone is still under warranty and they say they are not going to replace my phone cuz i have damaged my phone. i would like to speak to someone that can give me an answer!
MTN IS THE WORST NETWORK AND HAVE THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!
