Vodacom, the worst provider?

I have been having constant problems with my contract through coverage (or lack there of) to even basically just finding someone to talk to at your service centre.

Due to the shocking service at all levels of your so called institution, I have been trying to move my contract to my name so that I can put a end to this poisonous 'relationship' but even that has become a giant pain with whatever I try to do is blocked from every level.

For example, I have been to the walk in data store at Bayside, Table View 3 times. Each time the details I need to supply changes. First two times all I need from the company is a letter on a letter head to transfer the number to my name. Now I need a lot more than that.

Originally, I was quoted R5000.00 to cancel my contract or R2500.00 and a forced downgrade. That info was supplied from you guys within 5min last time now the same store can't give me any amounts. So who is wrong? Was I first quoted a thumb sucked
