I contacted Autopage in Vodaworld about a faulty gift card that I received with my contract. Delmar handled the query, and arranged that I can exchange the gift card at the Eastgate branch in the area where I work. Kotie from the Autopage branch called me within an hour to make arrangements to exchange the gift card. I received continuous feedback on the progress of the query, and Kotie called me when she had received the new card that I can collect. When I visited the Eastgate branch, it took only a few minutes to exchange the cards. The service was excellent, and the people were really friendly. Thank you very much for this good experience!
