Airtime Dissapearing

On July the 8th 5:59 PM my airtime amount was R362.20. I had a data bundle in place and it was suddenly depleted to the warning of 3mbs, a few seconds later it was depleted. I wanted to purchase 1 gig of Internet for R279.00, when I tried to purchase it I got a message saying I had insificiant airtime. I found this strange since I had R362.20. When I checked my airtime I had R220, I checked again and it was R200. It continued to drop until I turned my phone off. Afterwards I had R169.94, this was at 6:10 PM. I recharged R220 yesterday at around 8:30 PM I am yet to receive my airtime. I was sent an invoice which my value says I have R597.50.

I would like my airtime that disappeared, R197.26 to be restored back into my account and the R220 credited. I currently have R135.76 and expect to have R553.02 and this predicament resolved.
