I contacted Vodacom on the 2nd of December. I cannot purchase BB10 for my Z10. I get this error message, every time I try to buy this bbm bundle. This is the error message: Your current BB10 BBM service will be active until 00-00-0000 with a remaining data allowance of 0MB. I was sent a reference number yet nobody has called or emailed me. I keep buying airtime and my airtime is being depleted to due to the usage of bbm!! This is unacceptable. I've recharged 3 times after the date of this call and have no airtime left! This is the reference number I got. A1-O86T-BA61ER. I need this sorted out.
