Unable to open account statement

Good day

After several times i reported that i am unable to open my statement from vodacom in pdf (adobe reader) they have still not done anything. They have rather gone and changed it to another format. According to the the NCA a business should be able to provide their clients with a statement every month. If i am unable to open my statement monthly how many other people is there that is not able to open their statements in the format that they provide.
