SHOCKING!!!

I've been with Vodacom for more that 10 years and today I wanted to get another (I already have 2) contract with them on a different bank account. I waited 90 minutes only to be told that I have to pay CASH for the phone but I can pay the R99 subscription per month. WHAT??? Why do you offer contracts if I have to pay for the phone??? I am sick and tired of Vodacom and as soon as my other 2 contracts are up, I am switching! Pathetic and utterly unacceptable service!!!
