I have called the contact centre at 16h45 today after getting the correct number department and number to call because I could not be transferred from another department that I called. When calling I got a message saying that office hours are until 5pm. Firstly this is totally unacceptable from such a large company and very misleading. It seems as though the staff just decided that they wanted an early day as there was not even a manger to speak to. Secondly, no one had gotten back to me with regard to my claim from last week until this morning. I spoke to someone on Tuesday at Hollard and they stipulated that I should get a phone call on Wednesday (hopefully in the morning). I haven't received any details concerning which panel beater I must take my car to and surely I cannot take it on a Friday. This is very vague and not logical. I hope someone can assist over the weekend as Saturday and Sunday are actually work days.
