I logged a query with your call centre (0860332244) on the 25th June 2013 with consultant, Tshepo, requesting a cancellation with refund for a service I was charged for on my Edgars account for an amount of (R25.00 X2). I received your number from Edgars as I am not aware of the subscription service as I did not subscribe or apply for it. I did not receive any airtime and I currently have a contract with Mtn whereby I cannot load airtime on my sim. I called again today as I never received any call back since logging my query although your supervisor, Bongani, insists that someone tried to contact me on 27th June 2013, I was supposedly not available and my query was closed. Surely your staff needed to try contacting me again. Bongani insists that I did not request a refund but a cancellation. I logged this request, would I not know what I logged irrespective of what the consultant logged on the system. Where is the saying the customer is always right? Should I not know what I requested. If I did not subscribe or request airtime does it make sense for me to pay R50.00 for a service I did not receive, so it makes sense that I would request a refund along with a cancellation. It's been 9 work
