Good day.
On 26/09/2013 a SMS Air Subscription of R36.00 and on 07/10/2013 MTN Airtime Subscription fee were added to my account. I did not asked for this or give any one permission to add this to my Edgars account.
I phoned Edgars call centre three times and every time I am told that the call will be logged and someone will phone me within 48 hours. I have not received any call nor have this been removed from my account.
Today Edgards phoned me about my account not being paid (R98.52). I told he lady that I have asked for this issue to be fixed and a new statement. She gave me another number to phone and still I were put through to 3 departments and the last did not answer. I just want this items to be cancelled and refunded. I a new statement to show the cancellation and refund.
