So I had a 24month contract with them, it came to and end dec 2012. however no one made contact with me after I changed my contact details.. asking what I would like to do with my contract.. so they just let it be. I then checked my debt for the month of Dec and they charged me more than what I was suppose to have paid. I called just before the month was out to find out what was going one. I was then told they need to give me the balance of the money back. the contact centre person said someone would call me back in 48hrs, and guess what?? a week went by and no one called me back. I then called to find out what was happing on the 11/01/2013. was told the same story and HEY GUESS WHAT, its the 21/01 and no one bothered to called me back... so now not only did they charge me more, I now have to pay for another months subscription end of Jan due to Vodacom's mess up, I will also be a looser of my own money for and incorrect debt. and there service! I will never take another contract with them again. im defiantly porting my number to a service provider who actually cares about there customer an not just ther money... I wonder if Vodacom will ever contact me...
