Vodacom still owes me money!

A month ago the call center told me that my prepaid sim had not been blocked, and that I just needed to load money onto it (i told them I was worried since I havnt used it since January), they checked and confirmed that it was active. After loading 1 gig on it still didn't work. When I called the call center a 3d time, the person said that they had given the number to someone else. I was promised my money would be paid back into my account within 24 -48 hours, Then nothing. I kicked up a fuss, called every day, and was sms by a person called Safiek Andrew. THe sms said the money will be paid towards my other vodacom account (which is not what I agreed to on my first telephone conversation) within 7 -14 working days. It's now been a month. Vodacom didn't contact me after I asked that someone contact me telepathically, not by sms! I am so disgusted with the service I've had. I cannot wait to cancel my contract when it ends in April next year. But I will not give up untill that money is back into my (BANK) account.
